WHat yoga means to me
Yoga is an ancient practice that helps connect us from little self (ego) to higher self (however you define it – the universe, god, higher self, ect.) It’s not about who can do the best handstand or who is the most flexible – it’s about being present, finding awareness, redirecting the internal chatter, and finding acceptance of what is and what isn’t.
If you have a body and you can breathe, you can do yoga. Everyone belongs here.
